Traditional handcrafted product. Preparation: Cook gently on a grill, barbecue, or in the oven for approximately 20 minutes. Prick the sausage beforehand with a toothpick or fork to prevent bursting. Can be enjoyed in açorda, cannelloni, pies, or served with potatoes and vegetables.

Composition: Meats: wild boar (15%), pork (12%), chicken (10%), duck (7%), and rabbit (7%); wheat bread (WHEAT flour, water, salt, yeast) (27%); cooking broth from the meats (15%); pork lard (5%); salt (1%); spices (1%). Cook thoroughly to a minimum of 72°C before consumption. May contain bone fragments. Store between 0°C and 5°C.
